I used to see Amanda Johnson here. Unfortunately saw Shanna Gillilan today and wow was she super rude and hostile. Never heard of a doctor... not being able to right a DOCTORS note, for ESA animals. Shanna is extremely unprofessional and I never felt so uncomfortable at a Doctor's office. Making comments about my weight diet and mental health and implying that I'm lying to get an ESA letter is super disrespectful. Now I get whatever he's talking about. Here it is my appointment's at 10:40. Here's 11:07 I have another appointment I have to be to which I'm going to have to cancel because they can't keep their appointment times square up. So I had to cancel my appointment with my attorney for my lawsuit that doesn't make anything look any better. I would give them any more than half a star if I thought about it for even a minute out of time. If they schedule you with Shanna , ask for a different provider. She is EXTREMELY mean and doesn’t want to help you at all. Just a big waste of your time and you will need to go to someone else anyways that will actually help you. She seems absolutely miserable so I really don’t get why work here ? If you hate your job that much and mistreat patients. Probably the worst person I’ve ever encountered in the medical field.
Can't get an appointment for months out because I'm a new patient even though the Evergreen ER released me and gave me paperwork to get an appointment ASAP because health concerns. But if I was an established patient I could get an appointment. How backwards is that. Guy was extremely rude on the phone too.
I wouldn’t go there again first day I went because of referral from hospital because of newborn and it was my last day ! Ladies at the desk weren’t bad they looked like they are trying to do there job ! But the nurse oh my ! Just bad attitude, looked and acted like she just hated her job !
