I would give this clinic a zero-star rating if it were an option. The wait times are intolerably long, regardless of whether you arrive early or precisely at your scheduled appointment time. It’s clear that the clinic operates with a blatant disregard for the value of patients’ time. The healthcare providers demonstrate a troubling lack of basic patient care skills. I waited just about 3 months for my appointment. 2 hours in waiting room I finally got into see Dr. By the way, she wasn't a Dr she was a nurse practitioner. Have been dealing with issues stemming from cancer. So I've seen it all. I saw the Dr for about 15 minutes. And the whole time she wore a mask. Barely understood her. Proceeded to tell me my fibromyalgia pain was in my brain. I just needed to change the way I think. WTH. Reduced my pain medication. Am seriously considering filing a formal complaint.
