No communication and way over charged, Ill just tell my story and you judge... On Wednesday I called, told them I needed the motor mounts and cutlas bearing replaced, along with a shaft alignment. They said bring it in tomorrow, Thursday 8:00 am, I brought it in and had to leave to go back to work in Tampa. When I left, I asked for estimates, and part specifications before they started working, I wanted to confirm the specs of the parts. What a pleasant experience to have yard that is so accommodating, we had mechanical problem and decided to do bottom during haul out, as the wife aboard the boat with 3 cats Allen was awesome with helping us get in and out of the yard. Work and staff at yard are first class, this yard is terrific, Five Starr River Dunes NC
The yard was wonderful. Extremely professional in their work. Replaced cutlass bearings and did a bottom job while waiting on the bearings to arrrive. Allen and his team were the best!,,
