If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They have been beyond accommodating, unbelievably responsive (especially in emergency situations), and a joy to speak to. Plus supporting a local family business so much better than a large corporation. - Also the woman referred to in previous reviews is hilarious and clearly has a dry sense of humor. I have never had a bad experience with her.

I am so thankful for Sea Land Energy. Ahead of this huge storm and below zero temps I had an accident and was in the hospital so couldn't get my order in. When I got back home I called and they did an emergency delivery for me within hours. Amazing service and wonderful people. Highly recommend.

I've always had prompt responses to any questions and quick deliveries any time I need it. I think they have great customer service.

I never enjoyed calling for propane as the lady typically has an attitude and condescending. If you aren’t within a few miles of them do not bother. They are not worth the hassle. I found them to be about .20-.30 per gallon overpriced each time. This year I just wanted to be done with them and they charged $100 for tank pickup and found another $75 fee for a regulator so... read more
