I've always had prompt responses to any questions and quick deliveries any time I need it. I think they have great customer service.
Ashley and Ryan are prompt, efficient, and courteous- I cannot recommend Sea Land too highly. We ran out of oil early Saturday am (my bad) and Ryan brought us oil and fired us up that day. Their propane people, the Haddocks, are equally fine people.
Unfortunately, their tanks were at the house I purchased. First experience, I just wanted to fill my tanks before winter and they delivered 2-3 weeks later. I never enjoyed calling for propane as the lady typically has an attitude and condescending. If you aren’t within a few miles of them do not bother. They are not worth the hassle. I found them to be about .20-.30 per gallon overpriced each time.
