This was our third stay at the St. Regis and by far our favorite! Everything you could ask for in terms of a home away from home. We were 4 adults and 8 kids so we had 2 condos with an adjoining door in the kitchen. Perfect for 2 families. Cabinets were stocked with pots, pans, etc. We cooked in almost every night and didn’t have a “I wish we had this from home” moment. Linens were provided. Full size washer and dry. Had a great stay at this home last Thanksgiving. Loved the two outdoor porches, oceanfront views, direct beach access, and comfortable furniture. Our dog loved it too it was nice having gate on lower porch to sit in both decks with our dog.
I’d like to share my experience with this property and the challenges we faced leading up to our wedding. We reserved this rental for out-of-town family members traveling to attend our special day. Ahead of their scheduled arrival on Thursday at 2:00 PM—an arrival time previously confirmed by the owners—I attempted multiple times to obtain a passcode or confirmation details for my family. Long story short..I stayed here as my friends were getting married and asked for the code or at least confirmation in advance on the arrival date. The owners were on their own vacation and could not be bothered to respond until my friend requested a refund and posted a review because they thought they were being scammed as anyone would if there was no communication back on the day of arrival.
