Not the greatest off season. As a retired couple, we decided to try a two month stay, March and April 2026. We needed to escape the New England winter and rest. We rented the North 2608, 3 bedroom in St Regis. The ocean view is spectacular from the 6th floor. 2 great balconies. The condo was nice and the decor was simple. The beach access and views could not be beat. We were here for Christmas and the owners had a lovely lighted Christmas tree decorating the living room. The owners were also easy to work with and very responsive. The common areas in the home were perfect for our group and we enjoyed every minute; there was room for privacy, and good spaces for hanging out together, both indoors and outside. Would definitely do this again!
Great experience booking through Sea La Vie Topsail! Very helpful and quick to respond. The Aqua Vista condo at St Regis was very clean, and seemed to be very well taken care of. Kids loved the bunk beds & kitchen was well stocked. Condo is by the stairwell and only a few steps from the elevator. Great beach view from balcony! Very kind and generous management and also we needed to postpone, we will for sure book again.
This was our second year staying here - very highly recommended! The location is perfect. The house is right on the beach and is also close to anything you'd need in town (groceries, gas, shopping, etc). The rooftop is fantastic (love the additions since last year) and the house is well-equipped and comfortable. The kids have declared it their favorite beach house ever. Thanks for hosting us!
