One person in our party tipped in the water before everyone even got in their kayaks. We spent a lot of money for 3 minutes. Don't go in December unless you are above average. Once the kayak tipped, it was unable to be flipped back over. The guide pushed it to the bank. Lastly, not that I expected anyone to follow up to see if the person was ok, but it would have been nice to send with the receipt. Update: after owner saw review, he reached out to offer a gift certificate. I politely declined.
