Freshly remodled, I Stayed 5 nights, and I loved every minute of it! Renee(Manager) is really accommodating and even had specials shells she shared with me and my friend for her kids! She is truly a great asset to SJ’s! The beds are so comfy and the room was very clean! Fresh linens daily and the grounds are really nicely kept! The pool is crystal clear and is Heated! My wife and I lived around the corner from Sea Jay for years and had traveled back to the neighborhood to visit friends who had been impacted by the recent hurricanes in 2024. We explained that to them whilst booking. We were then put into a room that absolutely stank of mildew and had clearly been flooded. We asked for another room and were told none were available, then after 10 minutes of complaining one suddenly appeared! We were told to move to the new room but for an extra charge! If you don’t mind sleeping in a utility room this place is for you. Very outdated everything. Flooring is old warehouse stained and grungy. A huge WATER TANK is what you get to look at. For a woman it’s not a pleasant place to stay if on vacation. Outdated bathroom and just cruddy. Location is good. Rooms need a total gut and remodel.
We got this room last minute and apparently it had just been listed. We arrived around 8pm the office was closed tried calling all the numbers. Saw a guest who explained check your email your info may have been sent there. It said room 1 with a pincode for the door. Searched for 1/2 no room #1. Call a number on the door again got ahold of someone. Told me a different room and code. The door was open lights on water running.
