. We were more than pleased with Rod and his crew. Rod was on site at least once a day, if not numerous times over seeing the progress and to make sure the renovations were being completed to our satisfaction. This house did not have a bath tub, so that was the main objective given to Rod. As it was a small bathroom, there were a few obstacles that Rod ran into, but was confident that he could get around them and his team succeeded. We have used this company several times in the last 6 years and each reno project has been met with greatness. An older dated house which once was now sits as a pleasing newly updated home consisting of new kitchen, new bathrooms, dining room and living room. New lighting and hardwood floors throughout. Rod has unlimited resources and abundant knowledge of his craft and working with him and his crew proved to be a fun and memorable experience. Thanx again! Shirley and Doug.

Sea Island recently finished the second of two major reno projects for us. As before, we're so pleased with the results. Rod and his crew were great and exceeded our expectations. Robin takes great pride in his work and it shows.. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Sea Island Homes since about 2014 for all my updates and renovations. Most recently they removed my old kitchen and installed a beautiful updated kitchen with all new cabinets including a pantry, new sink, pot lights, backsplash, stainless steel stove vent, and new paint. They installed all new light fixtures including under counter lights. Called to find out if Sea Island would do some work on my home. The guy hardly let me introduce myself before he said "No stories, bye" and hung up. Clearly not looking for contracts.
