I highly recommend staying at seahorse motel for your getaway to the island. The lady at reception was lovely and very welcoming on my arrival. The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Other guests were all very respectful of each other. 2 min walk to town and the beach.The only problem is I couldn't stay longer. I have stayed at numerous motels at Cowes and the seahorse is one ille definitely stay at again in summer.
The motel itself is in a great, central spot in Cowes, and our room was perfectly clean and comfortable for our mid-July stay. However, the administrative side and customer service were an absolute nightmare. My partner and I are currently collecting travel evidence for a visa application and specifically requested that both our names be put on the final tax invoice.
