I came in today not knowing much about beds. Ivan customized the experience based on my needs and body size. Went over what worked for him and what worked for others with my height. Called the location on kingsway to make sure they have what I wanted and set up delivery. Was professional, cordial and made sure I understood everything and was satisfied before my purchase. I highly recommend Ivan, give him a raise!
