Mess and terrible management. Very bad control of stock. I ordered a mattress in Nov 2025 "Black Friday" and fully paid . Called me " out of stock " one day before the delivery date. No delivery. They made mistakes in another order but took my mattress. Asked me to wait for another month or pay more for another mattress. No other solution or compensation. Now, no mattress for moving in. No more Black Friday deal . I need to pay few hundred dollars more to order a new mattress from other company.
They messed up my parents' long-awaited mattress delivery. They called the day before delivery date to say there's none available, leaving my parents with no mattress to move into their new home with. Sea Horse refused to rectify the situation and gave them 2 options: 1) pay for an upgrade, or 2) wait another month. Absolutely horrible service.
