Warning for other travelers thinking of using this business Tim quoted me six thousand dollars for repairs to my gearbox an old 1996 Mitsubishi canter Winnebago had no updates on the job took a week come time to pay my bill it had jumped from six grand to over $11,000 this bloke takes advantage of peoples trust just be very careful make sure you get the total of the job quoted in writing before hiring this guy tourists beware
We have had a few interactions with this business. Unfortunately they were never good. First time was for licensing a new vehicle (disinterested) and only one in town I guess for doing this sadly. Second attempt at using this Business as a Warranty service center for Mitsubishi and was let down again as not interested or had no idea what the problem could be. Third time after explaining many issues Tim decided to charge us for labour etc to find the Warranty problem that if he was keen would have been able to find. Still no ... read more
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE I feel we were taken advantage of as non residents! Would recommend going elsewhere for any mechanical work. It just unbelievable how mechanics like this try to justify ripping you off.
What an amazing team headed by Tim. We are on holiday in our mercedes sprinter motorhome had to be towed to the caravan park. We got lucky and found Tim. He dispatched Toby who figured the problem. Alec got the tough job of trying to get the part from the dealer, dogged determination with a smile. There is a long drawn out story of the transport company and the part coming and not coming.
