We rented a condo here for 2 years to see if we would like to buy in here. You can hear the people side to side and up and down. You can hear people walking above you and things dropping on the floor in the middle of the night. We heard our neighbors as they argued every night next door. Also there is no peace laying by the pool. I use to count dozens of the small noisy planes that fly over hourly and daily. I realized it is in the path and near the airport there. It is also the flight school. So buyer beware!
Because of the fact that I was almost scammed out of money when I decided to rent an apartment there luckily my Spidey senses kicked in I'm sure it's not like that if you were to just go in the office I just wouldn't do it online
The guard strictly enforces a parking pass rule against these specific visitors, forcing them to use a handwritten sign while other cars without passes are not targeted.
