Worst construction company ever. Has no care for surrounding neighbors; workers complete disregard for safety of others or themselves. Trash throughout the development. Owners only looking to build cash, not community. City of Marina allows developers to walk over them to get the impact fees and addition portion of property taxes. Mentality is to build as quick as possible, run and hide - the City just wants to hide. Just awful partnership, with poor construction and design. Run!!!!
