The room is clean. We like the online check-in. You don't have to fool around with a front desk or any annoying employees. You pay online, then they send you a room number and a code to get in. Simple. The location is spectacular. The lot is well lit, and seems safe. Our only complaint no blackout curtain, to block outside light at night.
I did purchase insurance through expedia.com and they said they couldn't do anything that I had to reach out to your company I tried to reach out to your company more than once and nothing was ever handled. I know you're sorry that I had a bad experience but I didn't have any experience since I wasn't able to get out there and yes I had a bad experience because I lost $375 . I stayed at seagull many times in the past but hadn't as of late. When we arrived I found there was no longer an office. Instead I had to flag down another resident who gave me a number to call. Come to find out they had inadvertently not sent the room number or code email. But they sure knew how to bill me though. This is the worst hotel and if you booked through KEES , they are the same. They rob you of your money. I had a hotel room booked August 20th to the 22nd of 2025. I canceled because of the hurricane Erin and refuse to get my money back I can't even get my money back from my bank I tried to and they wouldn't do it because I always pay for it and try and get it back from the hotel.
