We loved our stay in unit 903! The view was amazing, the entire place was clean, and most staff was very friendly. Beach access with chairs and loungers was great! There was even access to shades foe the beach but the cutoff time was 10 am so be sure to book ahead of time. Love music at the pool Saturday night was fun. We'll definitely be going back!

Unit 602: Not a pleasant experience! We have stayed many times at the Seagull and it has always been the best. Not this time. At the last minute we had to switch units due to a maintenance issue and I guess we got the dregs. Furniture dated, mismatched, very worn. As if they came from various garage sales or free on the side of the road. The dishes, utensils, cups and pans were dirty with stains of coffee or dried food. This was our first stay at Sea Gull Condominiums while visiting Port A and it will now be our go-to place for Texas beach vacations. The 24/7 manned front desk was really a plus. The staff there was very friendly, helpful and their presence added a sense of security. The lobby area was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was nice and, since we travelled with our toddler grandchildren, we loved that there was a nice playscape. A close friend of mine has been raving about this place for the past five years, and we finally decided to check it out a few days back. Oh my gosh, we’ve been missing out on something incredible! The beach is spotless, and the condo we rented was absolutely lovely. We were on the 11th floor, and the view was breathtaking. The only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough. We’re definitely planning to return soon!
