We have stayed in Unit 6 and Unit 1. Both are super clean, fully stocked and in a great location, just steps from the beach. A very well managed and cared for property with beach furniture, a clean pull, brand new Weber grill. You name it, this place has it. We will be back again! Update - Sea Grape has done an amazing job recovering from last year's hurricane damage to Longboat Key. This place is better than ever!

There are 8 units here, a good size pool, laundry room, free ice machine, gazebo with a grill, private beach , and complimentary beach chairs just for SeaGrape occupants. My family has been coming for about 4 years and it is the highlight of our summer, Wanda at the front desk is so kind and the property is so safe and well kept, and typically pretty vacant! We loved our stay in condo #7! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The property overall was so nice. It was well suited for a family with small kids. I have been coming to LBK for my entire life and staying a few doors down at a different complex, but we needed another place to go with our growing families. I'm so happy to find the Sea Grape and plan to return!
