I have been lucky enough to spent many vacations at the Sea Grape Inn! We love coming and seems every visit is better than the last. The condo units we have stayed in (and the complex itself) are always pristine and are equipped with everything you need. Plus the sunsets from the beach itself or unit #1 lanai can’t be beat! They even have a pool though we prefer the Gulf! We love that it is a smaller complex with direct access to the beach. No need to bring beach towels or chairs - they are provided for you! We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Sea Grape #5 last month! The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed for a short visit. The view was beautiful especially the sunsets and located close to great restaurants. Theresa was onsite and had some excellent recommendations for dining out. We can't wait to come back!

My family has been coming to Sea Grape Inn since the late 80's and there's a reason we return year after year, most recently in December. It is a pristine property in both the interior of the units and the exterior tropical grounds are gorgeous. The condos are well-appointed, have great ocean views, large private beach with chairs and umbrellas, swimming pool, attentive management staff. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

BEWARE Sea grape double booked our room and did nothing to help resolve, I’m stuck with no accommodations two weeks from reservation in February, and booking.com has been absolutely horrid, many many hours on the phone with zero satisfaction. Sea Grape should be ashamed they didn’t try to help. Thanks Jan Wells, Theresa, and Toni, for nothing. I have family meeting up, flights from all over, and no accommodation. I’m sure it’s a lovely place to stay, but I’ll never find out.
