Horrible management, gave the new people a chance after multiple issues before and yet they've fell below that. Waste of money, can't wait to find a new place! They won't fix things even after being reported for over a year blaming corporate for the piss poor management. I know I'll get a phone call,email or retaliation but it's ok our lawyer will love it!
RecommendedBeautifully presented apartments with modern interior. The communal areas are great with a real sense of community spirit, my husband and I moved here from the UK and residents and staff have made us feel very at home! Staff are great and extremely happy to help you whenever needed, as well as being very friendly. Also great for dogs!! All in all a great place to live!
Where to begin... the apartments themselves are made in the cheapest possible way. When something is broken in a common area, it takes months to get fixed. Communication from management is extremely poor. They say that these are luxury apartments but that couldn't be further from the truth. Save yourself some headaches and money.... look elsewhere.
Sadly since the new management company took over it is all about the money. As soon. As your lease expires there is a huge price hike. I left because it was all threats if you didn’t do something and the tone of every message is confrontational. In the 18 months I was there there were serious issues with crime and theft from vehicles and my security gate never worked a single day from moving in to the day I left. I would seriously avoid and go try somewhere like Vintage Apartments
Noisy apartment. Very thin walls could hear next door neighbor conversations. Too expensive for what you are getting. Everything was built quickly and lacks quality. Some of the staff are helpful but the others either ignore requests or say they do not know. Fire drill would go off (terribly loud and disruptive) at least once a month for a few hours in the middle of the night due to some building flaw/mistake. Not military friendly. just make sure you sign your 60 day notice on time or they charge you several hundred dollars. 8 days late on signing the nonrenewal paper and charged us $440. Not very hospitable. im sure its not so much the people in the office but the management company that screws us all over with their crazy fees.
These apartments are incredibly clean. Staff always looks for opportunities to provide hands on assistance.
