From the very beginning, this stay was a complete nightmare. Checking in was almost impossible. I went to the office located on the property before the 9 PM check-in closing time, only to find the door locked. I saw someone inside get up, but they ignored both my knock and my phone call. When they finally acknowledged me, they dopen the door—just pointed toward another dark doorway with a number on it, which apparently meant I had to check in at a completely different location on an adjoining property. Terrible hotel i found bedbugs on my bed at 3 am i got bites i got one from my daughters hair walking to her ear , terrible nasty experience dirty room and bedbugs terrible and they didnt want to give me my refund and the lady manager so unpolite terrible service
