Very good staff , very good customer service, and its very nice, I recommend staying here !!
This is the most disgusting, harmful, and ridiculous place i’ve ever stayed at in my life. The rooms are almost nothing compared to what they are online. They are dirty and definitely have not been clean ever. The AC literally blew up and almost started a fire. Oh there’s also mold in them! I stayed here for my prom weekend and they called the cops on us multiple times for standing outside in groups. 13th year in a row staying here. Rooms were cleaned and sanitized on arrival. Erick and staff always makes us feel welcome. Pool was spotless as usual. Will always return to sea garden year after year. Thank you for always making our family vacation so comfortable and thank you for all your hospitality.
worst customer experience ever. The guy who supposedly runs it was rude to us. talked about a security deposit that only takes cash and no card. kicked my group of friends out in front of everyone and canceled, then proceeded to to come out side and say he didn’t want my business. just because i had a couple questions.
