I purchased a brand new boat in 2022 (Seafox 28.8 commander) from a local dealer. 1 year after the purchase the cushions began deteriorating. This seemed too soon to already be having this issue. I called their customer service and they told me they won't do anything about it. I had to argue with them and fight for 2 years and finally they said they would replace just the cushions in the back seats. Now 6 months later all the stitching is coming apart. I bought a brand new Seafox Commandor 228. The paint Seafox used inside of the center console where the head is was painted with a defective paint that never dried. The paint remained sticky and got all over cushions and clothes. That pluse I had to have the boat rewired because the boat switch didn't turn the power off to the entire boat. I bought this boat brand new thinking I would not have to repair anything but instead I spent hours fixing problems caused by poor workmanship. Alex was always eager to help me and answer any questions I had. That is a rarity in today's world. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and I will definitely contact Seafox in the future for my boating needs.

I have a 2022 Seafox Commander 22 which I bought new. The battery shut off switch wiring was all done wrong at the factory. When I turned the swtich to off the entire boat remained on becasue the factory wired the switch wrong. The paint inside the bulkhead keeps melting in the heat onto what ever touches it. I paid alot for this boat but the quality is just not there.
