We finally got to see where my daughter Rachel spent six weeks in Woods Hole before going on their Robert Seamans ship in New Zealand. Lovely place and cute town. Thanks for making great memories for Rachel!
The summer I spent in The SEA Program was an unforgettable, life changing experience! I would recommend it to anybody with a love of the Ocean, Marine Life, Sailing or just Adventure in general.
Amazing experience. Everyone should go to sea at least once in their life! 6 weeks on a working tall ship. You are crew, scientist & cook! One of the most impactful adventures of my life! Just do it!
I have completed one of the SEA undergraduate programs. The academics were rigorous, the topics very interesting to me. The shore component of the semester prepared me for the sea component as far as knowledge and what to expect and what skills I needed before spending weeks at sea. The sea component was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned so much about our oceans, the history of man and the ocean, weather, sailing and mostly myself. This experience positively changed my life !
