CUSTOMER BEWARE. This place would be great if it actually had some F'n staff.... We showed up with all our stuff... Elevators down.... good thing the door was open so I could hit the emergency call button since there is NO PHONE NUMBER or ANY person to call for things that need attention. After carrying all our things up 5 flights of stairs i find the cieling fan in our living area doesn't work, as well as the plugs in the master bath due to a bad GFCI... hmmmm an easy fix if there was ANYONE to speak to or even a way to lea... read more
