I came to Hollywood Beach for a working vacation to finish writing my book, "Do Something 'Stupid' for Jesus". I needed to get away from home for a while, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the very beginning, Sea Downs Motel felt like home. Leslie helped arrange my reservation through email, and by the time I arrived, I felt like I already knew her. Beautiful family owned hotel. Kitchen. Living room, a great place on Hollywood beach. Steps from the sand. Close enough to Margaritaville to walk but far enough away to listen to the waves. Old Florida hotel with charm. Clean and comfortable.
This is a wonderful family owned property. We have stayed twice here and loved the staff, owners and location. Right on the most beautiful beach and Broadwalk.
5th year return with additional week booked each Winter stay. Cleaned once weekly and every day fresh towels and bathroom supplies. Situated steps from Broadwalk and beach and Atlantic. We plan on continued yearly returns.
