I have a time share there and I had sent in half of my payment and then I got a notice saying I owed the full balance. I emailed them and told her they had cashed my check. She looked and didn't see it. I sent her pictures of my carbon copy and she then said she asked book keeping and they didn't have a record. So I contacted my bank and she found the check for me and sent me pictures, which I sent to them of where they used their stamp on the back and cashed my check. This was an interesting experience. Our room was mostly clean. You can tell they dont pay attention to small details when cleaning, but it was good enough. Also, we went without a shower curtain the first night because they had forgotten to install one during their room flip. They also were still in our room when we checked in half an hour after our 4pm check in time. Does anyone ever answer the phone and return calls from the billing department? I have left a message and tried calling several times.No one picks up and no return called received yet!
