This was an interesting experience. Our room was mostly clean. You can tell they dont pay attention to small details when cleaning, but it was good enough. Also, we went without a shower curtain the first night because they had forgotten to install one during their room flip. They also were still in our room when we checked in half an hour after our 4pm check in time. Does anyone ever answer the phone and return calls from the billing department? I have left a message and tried calling several times.No one picks up and no return called received yet!

One of the two elevators was broken all week. In my nephew's unit one of the outlets shocked him when he plugged a phone charger in. We've been coming to Sea Crest for close to 40 years and love the location. However we have concerns about the upkeep and the availability of the sales staff.

It would take me half a century to go into detail here but just know your going to break you foot because of their unleveled stairs (which they make you sign a letter of understanding before you go into the room about), your going to see many moths, roaches and piles of dirt. The staff is going to misplace your reservation for two hours, and they are going to let themselves into your room even when you tell them not to. We've been going to Seacrest for more than 40 years. You can't beat the location! Rooms are remodeled often and we've never experienced any issues.
