It’s terrible. Don’t even waste your time or money. I had issue after issue and when I spoke to the manager on the phone directly, she repeatedly spoke over me and hung up the phone on me. Just horrible people, terrible business, and the rooms are disgusting. I had to leave and get a much better place. Website is also very deceiving. If they had shown what the rooms really looked like online, I never would have wasted my money. All around horrible. Do NOT waste your time. You get what you pay for! This isn’t the Hilton, but a GREAT location. Staff was friendly and immediately honored any requests we had. Our room was clean, just outdated.
one of the WORST motels I’ve ever checked in at! The room was unsanitary, not even cleaned. Wet towels in the bathtub dirty sheets with the bed not made and trash everywhere. We asked to get refunded they said they are able to refund us, it’s now been a week and a half and we still have not received are money. Employees are down right RUDE. We’ve been calling everyday to see what’s up with our refund and they are no help and just yelled at us. The MANAGER herself decided to get mouthy with me then hung up the phone. For the price and pet friendly it’s ok It’s just out dated.
Room tiny, smelled like mildew, ceiling tiles falling apart and the bathroom sink could not be turned off small stream just kept coming out. Never again
We stayed there recently. Black mold in the bathrooms. Dirty rooms, towels and bed. We got bit up overnight by some kind of bugs. Not sure what. I still have the bites on me today. Horrible and I want a refund. They said they would inspect it and let me know. I have a feeling I won’t be getting my money back.
Worst place I ever stayed. The outside is in dire need of painting, mold on railings. Room is bare bones, tV didn’t work and staff had trouble getting it to work. Bed was lumpy, towels were thin, just bad all around. Would never stay ever again.
