The tl;dr version of this is remodeling is complicated, if you are looking for a contractor, the number one thing you should prioritize is trustworthiness, followed closely by quality work. SEA will give you both. Don't learn this the hard way like I did. My husband and I have lived in the same Belmont house for most of 20 years. SEA remodeled our two bathrooms for us back in 2010. Terrible to work for. Never do business with them. Definitely don't recommended. We clean a building and never got paid.
