Great gym, large space with multiple pieces of equipment cardio and weights. Ample space to stretch and do mat exercises.
Sea Colony on the West side is really pretty set amongst trees, well landscaped, with a whole lot of recreation amenities, biking trails and such. I haven't been to Bethany Beach in 25 years, after our first visit to the OBX and buying a vacation home in Corolla. The fitness center is a large, very well equipped in every way. As we were here in late August, it wasn't very busy, but I understand it gets very, very much so during the season.
Great place to do private swimming lessons for kids. Especially if you're visiting from a big city where privates cost a ton. Here it is affordable, easy, and super convenient
