Stayed: July 2019 – Unit 704 Brandywine, Sea Colony Resort My stay at Sea Colony was disappointing and far below expectations. The unit (704 Brandywine) was extremely dated and poorly maintained. The sofa and loveseat were stained, worn, and clearly decades old. Wallpaper in and around the kitchen was peeling, and much of the space felt dirty and in need of a deep cleaning and renovation. 804 Brandywine House was our unit for July 12-19 2025 and this unit was filthy! To start there was mold all along the tub and shower pan. The kitchen was disgusting with a brown stained pad under the dish drainer. The glasses in the cabinet had film and lipstick and the plates had food bits on them as if they were put away dirty! BLECH! Everything was caked with dust like the lamps, lamp shades, and excessive knick knacks. The floor was so dirty our feet were black right when we arrived. We stayed in 702 Annapolis house. I'm giving this five stars because it was beautiful. Views and accommodations were excellent. The condo was very comfortable. Enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony, looking out over the ocean. We saw dolphins swimming by also.
