Ridiculous fees ruin what would otherwise be an ideal vacation spot. Even though vrbo says no hidden fees, there are numerous fees that sea colony tacks on. In addition to required resort fees for every one of us, we had to buy 3 extra weekly passes just for the privilege to pay even more for a 3rd parking pass. In addition, the sea colony office staff told us the 3rd car had to be parked in a lot across the street from the resort. Thankfully, the security guard told us that was absurd. Started going to the sea colony with my boyfriend’s family and have been for the last three years and it’s always a lovely experience! Lovely complex with lots nearby, easily can get to the main road to go other places. Always feel very safe when staying here. I recommend.
Beautiful and quiet property. Located near restaurants and attractions. Boardwalk is a short walk away. Beach is accessable from the property.
Family friendly tennis and pickle ball community on the beach. Lovely beach, gym, Pool and shopping available. Marvelous vacation spot.
