Ive lived all over the country. This has to be the worst property management company in existence. Customer service is non existent. Specifically Lorenzo Espinosa is the least professional human I have ever been in contact with. They take months to take care of maintenance request, the only word anyone in office knows is “policy”. They are clearly only there to make a dollar. If i could give zero stars I would. This company is the epitome of slumlords.
I am a tenant and have been renting through Seacoast for over a year now and their staff is so helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Wendy Boyd for being so prompt and professional always. My HVAC system failed & I had issues with flooding. The amazing Wendy had someone out the SAME DAY to fix the issue and resolve any problems leftover. Just moved in at 4 p.m. friday. A/C wasnt working. I put in a request to get fixed and within 10 min I got a call from Wendy Boyd the maintainance handler. A/C man was there within an hour and fixed by 8! That was awesome! Thanks seacoast staff and Wendy for taking care of it so quickly!
I wish I had investigated this company prior to dealing with them. Trust me if you are a tenant you are better off seeking out a private homeowner or going to an apartment complex. Slum lords is a nice term to describe the situation we have been through. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. No communication. Rhonda takes forever to get back to you and belittles everything you say. They will lie and try to keep your sercurity deposit.
