Wendy is absolutely amazing! Every time I reach out for help, she’s quick to respond and always goes above and beyond. She explains everything so clearly and makes sure I understand what’s going on. She keeps me updated on any maintenance issues and truly cares about helping residents. It’s such a relief knowing someone as kind and knowledgeable as Wendy is taking care of things!
I can truly say since being in my home for approximately 2 months Wendy the maintenance coordinator is amazing. We had a few hiccups upon moving in and Wendy made me feel as if I was first priority when it came to the issues. I felt as if I was welcome enough to call her even on the weekends when no one wants to be bothered but Wendy answered the phone with her southern charm and assured me that the issues would be fixed as soon as possible and indeed the problems was fixed in a timely manner.
Wendy was great. Our hvac was out and Wendy got it handled and sent a tech out within a couple hours. Back up and running. Thank you!
Had a wonderful experience, contacted the wilmington office for repairs on my rental and miss wendy kept on top of it! Amazing communication, and timely responses. Highly recommended!
I have been renting with Sea Coast for 5 years. No matter the issue they are very prompt to get it resolved. Shout out to Wendy...she is so awesome, I have dealt with her on almost every issue and she is on top of any issue or problem asap. She has stayed in constant communication on everything. She always follows up after every job is completed to make sure it was completed correctly and in a timely fashion.
