The Installers Rizzo & Nat were a pleasure to do business with, very professional. However, the person I signed the contract w/Ric Rumley is not a man of his word. We had a signed contract of a said amount, and at the end of installation, I was presented with a different differentcontract. The price was changed by $258.00. He added a contract warranty, rebate & service call, which was paid for in the initial agreement. It was petty on their part, but I was just glad to have my A/C completed.
