The Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned. Said deposit would be back in account the next day. Nope. Been almost a week and nothing yet. I've called about the room and deposit. Left multiple messages and no call back
Sea Cliff House Motel banned me from returning after a prior stay because I did not “disclose” that I had a service dog in advance. There is no requirement under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to notify a hotel or motel ahead of time about a service animal. My dog was well-behaved, under control, and caused no issues during our stay. Despite this, our upcoming reservation was cancelled by the motel solely because of this supposed policy.
