Jose and his people were fantastic. Overall, the cleaners and the carpet cleaning subcontractor did a great job. In many ways, especially with appliances cleaning they exceeded expectations. Scheduling was easy, despite a slight miscommunication about the scope of work. That was quickly resolved with the cleaners even with the language barrier. Not impressed-I’m a property manager and our firm manages a shared housing building like a dorm. It has 52 private bedrooms with shared bathrooms and kitchens. I scheduled an appointment for the 3 room $99 special, which I should’ve gone with my gut and used someone else as the owner kept telling me he’d call me back when had his schedule. This company is wonderful. My floors and laundry rooms have been sparkling clean in all these months that they have cleaned. I cannot complain about them. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Diamond cleaners for over five years now for different homes. The cleanings have been consistently excellent. Any issues we have are resolved quickly via text. Very responsive for any special requests or missed cleanings. The kids also love the cleaners and love being home when the house is being cleaned. Would highly recommend!
