Fantastic apartment with views of the beautiful Trinity beach, the only problem is my stay wasn't long enough 😭, will stay longer next time.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay. Beautiful huge clean apartments right in front of the tranquil Trinity Beach. Customer service was above our expectations. We had booked a 3 bedroom sea view apartment however prior to our arrival the apartment had air conditioning issues so we were allocated a 4 bedroom apartment which was lovely. My wife was a little disappointed that we didn't have a full sea view and the reception staff allocated us a beautiful 2 bedroom seaview apartment for 1 night whilst still being able to utili... read more

While the staff is friendly and helpful, the rest of our stay was a real disappointment and did not in any way live up to our expectations of what was listed (by the owners, presumably) as a 5 star resort. I was initially willing to overlook the tiny dead flies on my bed assuming it was due to a door left open while cleaning. But, the entire apartment turned out to be in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and many of the decor items needed replacing. The carpet was stained and coming up in places.
