Old Charm like a stay at Grandma's house! Definitely a good place to stay Check in process easy
Place looked nice but they wouldn’t let me check in and charged me anyway. Made my reservation a week in advance, showed up to an empty office (well within the advertised check-in hours). Rang the bell, called the phone number, waited for a half hour, walked around calling out, no response. After so many repeated tries finding someone to check me in, I gave up and drove around looking for another hotel. The room was amazing. This was my first time in Hyannis and I wanted to stay close to the beach which is why we stayed here. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away. My only point of contention was how small the shower was and how messy the floor got after I showered. If you’re a tall person beware. Other than this really no complaints! Also the bed was super comfortable and check in and out was very easy. Thank you for enhancing my vacation experience!
