First and foremost, this takes a lot to put my opinion, my review, my experience out in the wide open. That has how bad, this experience with this business has affected me. I reached out to the Salon in hopes to finding my forever stylist (locally). I read good reviews via Facebook. Never ever, would I have imagined what would happen and what the outcome would be. Your first words were "I have seen your work and I trust you. That is why I didn't have a picture." What I believed you would like was apparently not what you were looking for.
