Poor experience. They might be super busy, but ghosting on a quote and not responding to messages, is not professional. I went to them because of 4.5 stars, I understood they had to move dates, but havent been given a new date, and have been reminded few times. I read one of the reviews, and the lady put a screenshot of a chat with the fencer, that is so rude to message someone like that, and use such inappropriate language. Very poor communication.
Please be aware of this company , poor workmanship done our fence and gate Has many issues and very poor quality workmanship, Very quick to take people’s money .Nearly two years now he still has not come back to fix his mess Still waiting 4 years later nice one mate !!!
