Don’t be fooled by the nice guy. August presents as professional and competent and has done good work for us in the past. But on an additional small job there was a problem with installing the wrong colour panels. We have tried for months to get in contact with no luck. We even went to the address on his website and there is no showroom or office. We even tried calling from other numbers, but no response. So perhaps he is no longer in business. Looks great from the street.
We have a dog that thinks every gap is a personal challenge, so the spacing mattered. They adjusted the bottom section and talked through the latch height with us before installing. The dog is disappointed, but we’re very happy.
The side screen has made the laundry area look less like an afterthought. Big improvement.
They worked around existing paving and did a much cleaner job than I thought possible. I was expecting cracked edges everywhere, but the posts are neat and the pavers still sit flat.
