Terrible. They will not pick up the phone.
''Technician'' complained the whole time. They ordered the wrong compressor. Took them over a month to NOT fix the AC. Didn't honor/warranty their ''work's. Their customer service is horrendous. Oh yeah, their ''technician'' left their trash in my yard and STOLE property.
Excellent experience with this company. Put a home warranty claim in the night before and they were out by the next morning and fixed my ac unit on the spot. We did not even have to wait for parts.
Sea Breeze Cooling and Syed—on time, found the issue, and had my AC blowing cool air again in under 30 minutes! Awesome service. The dog and family are happy
