What an absolute disgrace for a company. You charged my 78-year-old mother $820 to repair her AC unit because you informed her it was not covered by the Home Warranty. It broke down one week later and the Home Warranty sent another team to fix it. It has been repaired and was covered 100% by the warranty, plus they took pictures and informed my mother that it had not been cleaned and there was an obvious hole in one of the coils. AC went out on a Saturday in summer in Arizona. I have a rabbit, and the inside temperature was 98 degrees plus. After 2 tech visits and making me wait at the house for several hours for the third one - just to cancel on me, the needed part is still not ordered and the lady on the phone was raising her voice and talking over me.
