Beware of maintenance guy claiming to be landlord of property when signing contracts for performing work.
So glad to read that pit bull "emotional support" dogs, are not allowed.
Horrible customer service, I was met with a confrontational attitude when I told them I had a dog outside of their requirements but was an emotional support dog. I was questioned as though I was lying and not as a first apartment seeker who is new to leasing.
