Where do I start? Ellen Spell runs a wonderful business that I have been attending for 10 years! I believe I am alot stronger than I would be if I hadn’t found SeaBarre. The atmosphere is so supportive and caring. And as I have told her many times, I have never been willing to work so hard at it because she is so high quality AND supportive at the same time. I am grateful for Seabarres presence in Lewes🙏🏻
I joined sea barre fitness in Lewes 3 days after i I moved here 2 months ago. I was hooked by the 3rd trial class . All the instructors are excellent and keep the classes fun and engaging. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I go every day with the same level of excitement and enthusiasm. I highly recommend sea barre fitness🩷

The best thing I could have done is join Sea Barre. These classes are the best. I’ve exercised for years and as I got older I found myself lacking a bit. I signed up and just completed 100 classes and the results I am seeing are amazing! Thank you so much to all the instructors. You are appreciated!
Went to a barre class here for my bachelorette and we loved it! Our instructor Genevieve provided bridal accessories and incorporated our music requests. So much fun! Wish I lived nearby to sign up for a membership.
