Amazing workout with amazing instructors!
Such a good workout! Low impact with so many ways to modify or push yourself. Classes for everyone’s schedule and fitness levels with instructors who put extra effort into their routines. One class and you’ll be hooked!
Love the workout at this facility and spin class is wonderful.

I have been with Sea barre Sea Cycle in Lewes for five years now and it has only elevated. The instructors are educated and so motivating! I’ve become probably the healthiest version of myself that I have been since before I had my babies. Recently I tried Mat Pilates fusion with Christy-Lee and I really loved the class she was amazing.
