I did the 14 day trial and just had to get a membership following that. The environment and comradery is everything, and the barre classes are unmatched!

Sea Barre is by far the most impressive workout you can do. It covers all muscle groups and includes a bit of cardio in the beginning. The instructors are the best. It feels nice to workout with such an amazing group of people. Thank you 💪
