I don't think this place expects to stay open very long. I got there and it was nobody there but they told me I couldn't get seated, could only sit at the bar. They have tons of fried food on their menu but did not have any hot sauce in the building. I asked for lemon wedges for my crabs and they kept giving me the lemon slices from the bar. The server Mercedes was amazing as well as Khalid the bartender.
We were excited to try this place after hearing the reviews. First time we came in the owner was very kind to my boyfriend but they had closed their kitchen an hour and a half early. That’s fine! It’s a small business so it happens. We came back on Valentine’s Day; We watched others around us ordering appetizers but we were given a shorter menu to order off of.
