We’ve had another awesome fishing trip with Captain Derek and his mate Kenny! This was our second trip with this charter, and once again they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Captain Derek and Kenny have a ton of experience on the ocean and really know what they’re doing. They work hard the entire trip to put you on the fish and make sure everyone is having a great time. Capt. Derek was awesome. He puts us on the fish everytime we go. He is very professional and friendly and puts his clients first. As he says "failure is not an option on this rig"!!!The first mate Kenny was also a great time and very knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend to anyone. They both strive to make every trip the best they can.
We had a blast! Caught lots of fish and Cpt Derek and mate Logan were awesome! Can't wait to come back.
Went out on there charter today and ill tell you what. It was one of the best times ive had in a long long time. Captain Derek Wood and his mate knows his stuff. Its crazy to see someone young and know just as much as the captain twice his age. Instantly put us on the fish. We could not get a break. Mahi , blackfin tuna and including a 40lb yellowfin tuna.
