Shipped a car from US to Europe. Everything went ok but the shipping was a bit delayed. Overall satisfied to this service for the low price.
Having hired this firm to transport my car and household belongings to Israel, I made the serious error of not doing prior research into their reputation and track record of performance. Needless to say, I paid dearly for my mistake. The company and Ron Eliasi have a prior record of cheating customers and brokers. Look at the reviews on the Better Business Bureau. Took our money, did not pay the parties required to release the vehicle at the port. Resulted in fines at the port for storage. Avoided calls, avoided everything despite 100% up front payment. Would not recommend, don't go by the other reviews. Go with someone else. If I am paid for the charges as a direct result of Sea&air experts inaction, I will remove this review.
I shipped my house hold goods with Ron and his team. All of my expectations were met. I am very happy with his service. Very friendly with customers. Always all of the options were explained like it is. I liked that i was not pushed into anything. Thank you, i am very pleased and will recommend sea and air again.
