I’d prefer not to slander this business due to the fact that the management that ruined their reputation (for me at least) is gone. Great potential but the previous management ruined it. Best of luck to Sea Aire, and I really hope whoever is in charge next pleases the residents.
I have lived here for 6 years! My unit has had the bathroom floor sinking for the last 8 month and nothing has been done! I am in the process of taking them to the landlord tenant court. People are rude at the office. Really don’t move in this place unless you have to! I can’t move myself at the moment due to some personal issues. And that is just the latest issue worth mentioning.
RecommendedNew management is very helpful and maintenance is pretty quick with requests. It seems now they’re really trying to spruce up the place again.
Just want to say that new management here is AWESOME. Maintenance came out to do work today that I'd been asking for, and what a great bunch of guys. Went above and beyond the call of duty every step of the way. THANK YOU!
Im a 20 yr resident. It use to b nice but in the past 10 yrs or so 👎 wayyyy to many mgmt overturns, grounds arent kept or cleaned properly, maintenance riding around on golfcarts ALL the time, parking sucks and dont ever need something replaced because they will either tell u NO, give u used things because according to them its not cost effective until u move out!
I have lived in Sea Aire since April 2017 and I couldn't be more content. Its clean, affordable, close to shopping and restaurants and public transportation. I know that my neighbors next door have been here for 7 years. Tenants live here a long time and are happy.
HORRIBLE Sea Aire and Mystic Point are run by the same Company, Friedman Reality Group. Oh My God, I wish I could give them no stars. The maintenance is the worst in the world. Zach the Manager of Maintenance is such a horrible person. When you tell him you need something done he'll do anything or say anything to tell you it doesn't need to be done.
