Just wanted to do a special shout out to Maria Avina! Had the privilege to work with her on an incoming shipment we had! On the ball with replying quickly and stayed on top our shipment to make sure it arrived in a timely manner! Give her a raise!! You don't get customer service like that anymore!
We got great service from Maria Avina and her team at Sea Air Global. On a shipment from France, US Customs tried to tag us with a huge but erroneous Trump "big, beautiful tariff"; SAG worked with us to get US customs to correct the tariff...dropping it by 90%. That cleared up, SAG rushed our shipment out onto an island in just 2 days. SAG's trucking crew was helpful carting away the packaging and putting our stuff where we wanted it.
