I had a long ordeal getting a package shipped from overseas where another company who begins with D and ends with L couldn't get the job done. Once the shipment went through Sea & Air Global they worked with me to get the package through customs and delivered. They were timely in their communication and trustworthy in doing what they said they would do. 100% recommend using their services.

Our experience with this shipping company was highly disappointing. Despite more than 20 years of importing to the U.S., we have rarely encountered such a lack of professionalism and reliability. The team arrived unprepared for a major installation and, more concerningly, disposed of over a dozen custom wooden crates that were being stored for us and billed accordingly. The total loss exceeded $15,000, yet no formal apology was offered and only a $50 credit was proposed.

EDIT: If i could give this company zero stars i would. We worked with them once and they were great, thus my review below - and because they were great, we chose to work with them again. We were hugely disappointed from an organizational & communication perspective - additionally, we're expected to eat a large $ since they did not take responsibility for their mistakes.
