AMANDA THE OWNER, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Besides that they make you wait hours after you arrive for your appointment she speak to you with an attitude. She yell’s at customers and is really unprofessional. She’s always stating “well don’t come to my shop if you don’t like it”. She also speaks her language so people don’t understand her and bashes, trashes and insults her customers. She is rude and doesn’t deserve the communities business. They use dirty rags. Didn’t seem like they switch the rags from previous customers. Walked all the way out…nope
The first time I went to this salon I was referred since I was moving into the area. The prices are great and very affordable. They took me in quick which left me satisfied, Buuut my nails didn’t last with Ken. The second time I went, I had Amanda, she did a great job. My nails lasted me what could have been more than 3 weeks, but because I have to maintain my nails short, I went back with an appointment. The owner is MEAN as rattlesnake wrapped round a junkyard dog.. she is nice in the beginning cuz she want your money..if you can avoid her because you need to go.. Do.. had APPOINTMENTS that they set up .. waited and waited almost an hour and then got bounced around, both appts! Last time told me that it would take an HOUR to soak my nails only so that a tech could do another full set on another customer😳 when tech had told me 10-15 minutes. And be ready that if you are not of a certain “Culture” to get the Harsh treatment.... read more
