The atmosphere and professionalism here was absolutely disgusting, I brought my grandma here to get our nails done for her birthday and not even the next day they were already chipping. The manicure was supposed to be gel and cost me $45 excluding the tip. I have been coming here since I was little and never had a problem before this, the place is under new ownership and it shows. Absolutely hate my nails. Words can not express how disappointed I am. Not at all what I wanted. The shape and length make me want to cry. Couldn’t stop shaking at check out.
