I called in July for a small irrigation adjustment, and was told it would be 3 weeks. After 4 weeks passed with no contact, I called for an update, and was told I'm still on the list for service. It is now November with no call, no updates, and still no service. I guess these people are too good for my money, have no common courtesy, nor care about their business. Would not recommend.

Hi; the person at the front desk said my bill had gone to collections; I was out of town when they sent the bill and gone for two weeks more, taking care of my mother who had ALS, and died a few weeks later. I also forgot to cancel another appointment with them; and gave them $200 for missing the appointment. The woman at the front desk didn't think she could take the overdue bill out of collections, and also said they would not help me. I have engaged this company's services on multiple occasions, and while the field team demonstrates professionalism and amiability, regrettably, the reception staff leaves much to be desired. Despite occasional tardiness in bill payments due to unforeseen circumstances, I have consistently settled my accounts. We would have loved to do business here, but they didn't want our business. The salesman had great ideas but wouldn't follow through.
