What an incredible atmosphere. All the staff treat each other like family. Everyone cares about your comfort and are so friendly. One of the nurses Chaquawana went above and beyond for me. All the nursing assistants were very attentive. It was amazing to see a hospital that doesn’t treat you like a # and actual cares. Completely recommend! Ally for the referral! Best ever!

Dr. Henderson has impeccable bedside manner coming to the ER is always stressful but this visit has put my mind at ease. From walking in to the building to discharge the staff has been attentive and worked together as a team. Thank you to Dr. Henderson and nurse Eduardo for your professionalism and compassionate care.

Very disappointing experience — unexpected $400 ER copay I went to Bayou City ER & Hospital because I was experiencing frequent nighttime urination. I genuinely believed I was going to an urgent-care facility, not an emergency room. When I arrived, I provided my insurance information and ID. My insurance card shows a $25 urgent-care copay and a $400 ER copay. At no point before I was seen did anyone clearly explain that I was at an ER or that my expected responsibility would be $400.
