Awesome company! We’ve had them for about a year or so now. Super responsive and informative. Great service! James, our tech is awesome (pool always looks great and he’s just a nice guy!) Today, I got a call to let me know we would need a new filter and I mentioned my indoor remote was showing no comm and asked if James could look at it when he does the service next week. Someone called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me what I could try to fix it and sure enough, that worked!! I highly recommend them!!!
My pool pump went out.. a Hayward vistar... I think. I had company arriving that night.. I changed the starting capacitor not that wasn't it. Called Tyler as SE... Explained my situation.. I ran to the grocery to stock up for my company.. I came home.. my pool was running.. new pump installed . Perfectly.. I couldn't believe it.. totally blown away... Thank you very much to the folks at SE...

I don't own a pool, but have been renting homes in beach communities for two months each year since around 2010. We have stayed in places such as St. Augustine Beach, Holmes Beach, and Nokomis to name a few. This past month we stayed at a home (with pool) on E 6th Ave, NSB. Each Friday morning, Brett would arrive to maintain the pool.
