I had them resize my family heirloom wedding ring. I asked that they let me pick it up at the Logan location where they do the sizing so that it wasn't being sent back and forth. it was written on the ticket. they sent it to the wrong pickup location anyways. More importantly, I asked that they not buff the inside of the ring where there is a very old and light inscription that I did not want buffed out. the request was written on the ticket. they buffed it anyways, and now I can barely read the inscription. my experience do... read more
