Grege helped repair my wife's wedding band, engagement ring, and family heirloom ring after they got cut off for an emergency surgery. Not only did he show her compassion given the circumstances, his service was also exceptional in completing the work in time for our first wedding anniversary - ensuring a perfect fit.
Amazing customer service. I went to just buy a watch band and was treated as if I was buying a $2,000 ring.
Had a special piece designed for my daughter to give to her on her wedding day. Greg did such an amazing job on creating the pendent using my mother’s engagement diamond along with some smaller diamonds from my great aunts jewelry and my father’s sapphire from GM. I couldn’t have pictured this turning out so beautiful. Thank you for taking such special care in this project.
